Download the application form and deposit slip from PTS website:
www.pts.org.pk.
Pay the exam fee at any of the online branches of HBL and UBL All the country and fill out the application form correctly.
The completed application file form along with a paid copy of the original PTS deposit slip.
Send to this Address PTS Headquarters 3rd Floor Adeel Plaza Fazl-e-Haq Road Blue Area, Islamabad.
PTS department is not responsible for late delivery of application forms (file) through postal or courier services.
Important Note:
Candidates are required to submit photocopies of their documents mentioned in the checklist of the application form as per the criteria mentioned in each post.

Written and psychological/fitness tests of applicants will be conducted at designated locations after physical fitness.

At the time of interview, candidates will have to submit original documents along with three sets of attested copies of all relevant documents and six(6) passport size photographs and also submit medical report issued by the designated Hospitals regarding their physical examination ( eyesight, height, chest, weight, and physical deformities and laboratory test for Hepatitis B&C, RPR and HIV at the time of physical test.
Candidates must justify their eligibility based on the announced criteria.
The candidature/selection/appointment will be canceled at any stage of recruitment or training and even after appointment, in case missing, false or falsified information is found.
No relaxation in age or qualification will be provided to any individual.
In case of a large number of applicants, only applications with preferred/enhanced criteria will be considered.
